Radhitu billāhi Rabbā
رضيتُ باللهِ رَبَّا
I’ve accepted Allah as my Lord,
Wa bil Islāmi dīnā
وبالإسلامِ دينا
Islam as my way of life,
Wabi Muhammadin salla Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam
وبمحمدٍ صلى الله عليهِ وسلّمْ
And [I’ve accepted] Muhammad peace be upon him
Nabiyyan wa Rasūlā
نبيّاً ورسولا
As my Prophet and Messenger
Fi himāka Rabbī
في حِماكَ ربي
In Your path I walked,
Ghāyatī ridhāk
غايتي رِضاكْ
My aim is pleasing You
Walqalbu fi yaqīn, yahyā ‘alā hudāk
والقلبُ في يقين يحيا على هُداكْ
And my heart lives with the certainty of Your guidance
Thul Jalāli fi ‘oulāh, mā lanā siwāh
ذو الجلالِ في عُلاه ما لنا سِواهْ
The Lord of Majesty, we have none but Him
Huwa wāhibul hayāh, fal nabtaghī ridhāh
هو واهِبُ الحياة فلنبتغي رِضاهْ
He is the Bestower of life, so let us seek His pleasure
Al-Qādirul Halīm, Al-Ghāfirur Rahīm
القادرُ الحليمْ الغافرُ الرحيمْ
The All-Capable, the Forbearer, the Forgiving, the Most Merciful
In qāla “Kun” yakon, subhānahul ‘Adhīm
إن قال "كُنْ!" يَكُنْ، سبحانهُ العظيمْ
If He says: “Be!” it is; glory be to Him, the Magnificent
Dīnunā hayāh, dīnunā ‘atā’
دينُنا حياة، دينُنا عطاءْ
Our religion [Islam] is all about living and giving
Wal kawnu min dhiyāh yastalhimus safā’
والكونُ مِن ضِياهْ يستلهمُ الصفاءْ
And the Universe lives in harmony basking in its light
Rabunnar ‘tadāhu lanā kāmilun tamām
ربُنا ارتضاهُ لنا كاملٌ تمامْ
Our Lord has blessed us with it (Islam); it is complete, perfect
Qad jā’a bissalām wal khayri lil ‘anām
قد جاء بالسلام والخير للأنامْ
It came with peace and glad tidings for all humanity
Wa ‘anā bihi radhīt, wabi nūrihi hudīt
وأنا به رضيتْ وبنوره هُدِيتْ
And I have accepted it, and with its light I’ve been guided
Sa’adhallu mā hayīt a’qūlu fi du’āī
سأظلُّ ما حييتْ أقولُ في دُعائي
As long as I shall live I will say in my prayers
Sallu ‘alan-Nabiy
صلّوا على النبيّ
